*** New functionality
*********************
-

*** Changes
***********
-

*** Bug fixes
*************
- Fixed excessive power consumption in the default/idle state after modem initialization.
Previously, device power consumption in this state was higher than expected.
- Fixed handling of AT%XEMPR configuration in NTN-NB-IoT system mode. Previously, AT%XEMPR settings
had no effect in NTN-NB-IoT system mode.
- Fixed B106 support in %XRFTEST. Previously, the B106 configuration was not applied by the command.

*** Limitations
***************
- Configurations stored in NVM using the production test firmware are not retained when the device
runs the mfw_nrf9151-ntn firmware. Always perform device and firmware configurations using the
  mfw_nrf91x1-ntn firmware.
